Have no idea the event this pinback/ribbon refers to.
O.E.S. could be Order of the Eastern Star but
I don't see the star.
Pinback measures 1 3/4" and has issues.

through the drawing of Mt. Vernon.
With pinback and ribbon, this is approximately 5" long.
