    Description

    Super fine quality late 18th or early 19th Century Chinese Qing embroidery showing a deer and a bird near a tree with a central background of gold threads. Could be even earlier. There is some very faint water staining to the right hand side. Framed it measures 19 5/8" tall by 21" wide. Fresh from a Worcester Estate. These photos were taken in bright sunlight and are pretty much unedited. Looks a little darker overall inside the house. There are a few stiches loose on the edge of the pink border line surrounding the golden center where it meets the green as shown in picture number 5.
