Antique Hand Embroidered Chinese Heavy Silk Colorful Piano Shawl w Fringe

This antique Chinese export piano shawl is made from a heavy black silk and is hand embroidered. It has wide hand knotted fringe on all four sides with the top portion in a fancy fish net pattern. It has a few loose threads, otherwise excellent. It measures without the fringe, 53 inches by 49 and fringe is 23 inches long. Excellent.

I've done my best to represent colors accurately, but the color on the computer monitors can vary, if I know the color is off I will describe the color to you, as in the case of many reds and purples. The measurements are approximate, I do my best to measure accurately, but placement of the measuring tape tape can be subjective. I have done my best to accurately describe this item as honestly and completely as possible, most of my items are used clothing and something may slip by, please try to understand this.
