Antique Vintage Chinese Silk Hand Embroidered Panel Butterflies Flowers Framed

Description

This is a beautiful antique or vintage Chinese silk hand embroidered panel with butterflies and flowers.
I am uncertain as to how old it is, but it definitely has very good age. Please use your judgment.
The overall frame measures 24 3/4 inches high x 14 3/4 inches wide (62.8 cm x 37.4 cm). The panel itself measures 24 inches high x 14 inches wide (61 cm x 35.5 cm).
The colors on this embroidery are just lovely. They are rich and vibrant.
I don’t see any damage to the embroidery itself. However, the silk backing has scattered small stains on it. In the center at the top, there is a small box-shaped repair with another one a little below that. There is a dark color going down the center of the piece. I’m not sure what happened here though. Perhaps it is foxing from the backing.
The frame has wear to the finish, mostly around the outer edges.
It weighs 3 lbs. 15 oz. including the frame (1.79 kg).
