This is a huge manual with more pages than the Bible!
It is in remarkable condition for its age, all pages intact, none ripped out, torn, or needing to be taped together. Looks as though it was just taken off the desk of an Apple Tech and brought to the future.
I have included the front few pages detailing the comprehensive list of topics and products covered. Also a few sample pages from  throughout the manual.
Pages have dates from 1981, 1982, and the oldest is 1983.
This is a fantastic work and the only one I have ever seen; and I'm from Silicon Valley and worked for many years down the road from Infinite Loop!
